Here's a general guideline for t-shirt weights (oz/yd²):

Lightweight: 4-5 oz, Great for warmer weather, layering, and activewear.

Midweight: 5-6 oz, Versatile weight for everyday wear, offering a balance of comfort and structure.

Heavyweight: 6-7 oz+, Thicker and more durable, ideal for your style expression
