Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping options for your order:

DHL Express: Door-to-door delivery in approximately 2-5 business days.

Standard Shipping: Door-to-door delivery in approximately 10-20 business days.
Please note that actual transit times may vary depending on your delivery address. Alternative logistics solutions, such as rail or sea freight, are also available upon request. Please contact us to arrange these options.

Costs: Shipping & Duties
Shipping costs and import duties (taxes) vary significantly based on the destination country, selected shipping method, and the weight & dimensions of your order.
If you require delivery to a specific address (home or office), please contact our customer service team before placing your order for a detailed estimate of shipping and duty costs. Please be aware that import tariffs are determined by the destination country's regulations and differ for various product categories.

Order Tracking & Modifications
After your order has been fulfilled, a tracking number will be sent to you via email. Please note that any changes to the order contents, shipping address, or payment information after the order is placed may result in processing and shipping delays.

FOB Terms (For Custom Shipping Requests)
If you prefer not to use our partnered logistics services, we can offer products on FOB (Free On Board) terms. In this case, the customer is responsible for arranging and paying for all subsequent shipping, insurance, taxes, and import duties.

Haven't Received Your Package?
The provided delivery timeframes are estimates only. While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, delays can occasionally occur due to peak seasons, carrier congestion, or unforeseen circumstances like extreme weather. If your package has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us promptly.

Lost or Stolen Packages
We understand the frustration of a lost or stolen package. While we cannot guarantee a replacement in all situations, our support team will make every reasonable effort to assist you in locating the shipment or negotiating a resolution with the carrier.
